Are you still able to work out/exercise?

Beautiful scenery, Bratti :+1:

This is my twist and shape, exercise to me is easy, as I’ve been doing it for years, I jog a lot as well…

Exercise is a huge part of my life…I’m also nearer 70 than 60…

When I say easy, I mean it comes natural…but yes, it’s hard work, but I love it,:heartpulse:

I believe you also must have the right mindset to keep going.

Indeed! The mental aspect is huge and can’t be underestimated.
Routine is important for me and I find, once the body has adjusted and body and mind are ‘into it’ it doesn’t take long before you are missing if you have to miss out on your exercise routine for whatever reason

By the way @pauline3 …looking the part sista… :yum:

Its never been about the exercise per se for me, and, I don’t get any endorphins from it, just reassurance that ones is still able to navigate under ones on steam, that is paramount.
You look very fit Pauline.

Is that steam coming out of your ears? Or are you getting hot under the collar looking at Pauline? hehe

Don’t know what’s causing the steam, don’t think I’m “On Heat”. :grinning:

Maybe best neither Pauline or myself post any more pics, just incase that steam and heat combination gets too much and you either melt or explode… :103:

I knew you exercised pauline, but didn’t realise how dedicated you were, I’m well impressed. Great figure by the way.
We have got the same mirror in our bedroom …

Thank you OGF…I’m dedicated, I’ve worked out for years…I absolutely love it, big part of my life, hope you get back to running soon?

I used to be a gym bunny as well…they want nearly £40 a month to rejoin, no chance…I’m hoping to buy a cross trainer soon…I really miss running on the treadmill, sadly no room for one in my tiny house.

Thanks pauline, I live in hope, although I’ll settle for jogging these days. Only last year I thought I would be able to keep it going forever, at least, I’d hoped to be running into my nineties. Life has a habit of sending you some curved balls occasionally, but the mind is still active, and if the body can keep up, the determination is still there. I’ve managed to get through some tough times in the past. Just another post in the fence of life!
:hugs:

Thank you Mags. I’m sincerely grateful for my life! It’s awesome!

As a side note: my main reason for exercising isn’t physical gratification. That’s merely an added bonus in my opinion. My main goal for exercising, is for my ‘mental well being.’

Exercise has many benefits. Physical attractiveness is just one of them.

Good for you! I envy you living in such a beautiful part of the world, long may you enjoy it. :+1:

Thank you kindly. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
To be honest, sometimes I forget how good I’ve got it in the bigger picture so am sincerely grateful to be reminded.

Life is grand!

This machine is the toughest…

It’s called a five minute pro shaper.
I certainly can’t work out on it for five whole minutes.:open_mouth::open_mouth:

I do 30 to 40 pull ups x 3 to 4 times throughout the day…

I just had cheesecake with fresh strawberries :strawberry:
Yummmmmm!
