Yesterday I had a 4th jab Spikevax vaccine formerly known as Moderna.
Today I’m feeling blurrrrrrrrr aching & stomach churning , not good .
Staggered out with dog , now I’m back in my dressing gown .
I went to ASDA, purveyors of gourmet foods and fine lagers by appointment to the Vlad household since 1984, no big deal, you say, but it’s Friday, I don’t normally do ASDA on a Friday. Tuesday is my chosen slot.
CHAOS! The place is full of strangers, I am used to all the Tuesday shoppers, I know them,
I need money. Ok ? the real shiny slippery stuff.
Where are the cash-points? They’re placed (for your convenience) behind the rows of shopping baskets, and there’s 4 idiots milling around either trying to remember how to use new-fangled things like cash-machines, failing to remember which page of their diaries they wrote the PIN number on, or just stood there, watching. And then there’s one person, just waiting for the other morons to get the out the way. and the stress is going up already. Yes, that person is me.
Never again but that’s me, just living on the edge dear readers.
Just been told that on review by discharge team I cannot be discharged without a certain level of home care for several weeks and I have to stay in hospital until they can.
I am medically fit for discharge, my consultant has certified that, I have passed OT and physiotherapy assessments and I want to go home.
There are also problems with getting the medication I need.
I am really deflated about this.
I am also now officially a bed blocker.
I have been advised that I must not discharge myself
Swimmy I am sorry to hear this So many conflicting things here…you are fit for discharge but due to your care needs at home, you can’t leave until you get them. How utterly annoying!
Put my Crutches in the loft and brought down my heavy living room curtains .
Checked Ive got no leaks in the roof , its been raining most of the day and very windy.
