What have you done today?

Today we walked as usual. The we moved some shrubs to a nicer place that could better light. Heavy work getting the roots dug up.

Ah… I’m not telling!
The phone is actually a 1979 model , I picked it up in a charity shop some years ago.
It’s been converted and works…real bells too :+1:

Thank you Pauline, it could be a very different picture by Wednesday

CH system drained, flushed and back in working order. Annual boiler service booked.

Finally got an old iPad working and reset. Took me a couple of hours on and off to sort out. Went online to see what I can get for it…£0 seems to be it’s value. Grrrrrr.

I was shopping its a pals Birthday lunch on Sunday so I treated myself to a new outfit…off to the hairdressers today and to look for some new shoes to go with it

It is very unspoilt in places and you can see why it took over a decade for the early settlers to find a way inland (being British the idea of asking the natives didn’t occur to them )

Thanks for sharing.

Rushed out this morning to fill the car and a 20 litre container with diesel when I remembered that the fuel excise goes back on at midnight. In theory the price won’t go up immediately but you can’t trust the servos, their prices tend to go up like a rocket and down like a feather.

Today that’s yesterday now  I had a fabulous day Portsmouth Dockyard.

Ships in list of age .

The victory is being conserved.
