Hi
Thanks for posting that, never heard of it before but it looks great
Just back from a five night stay in Keswick. Didnât take the internet with me so plenty of catching up to do todayâŠAfter my 15 mile bike rideâŠSlow time, was a bit tired, but looking forward to having a shower in one that worksâŠ
Hi
Nice to have you back OGF.
Seconded.
Today was another long walk. Normally my wife and I go but we have the grand girls here here for a week. So, instead of a stroll with the dog, they went to the supermarket.
Looks like they went overboard with the ventilation.
So far today, I have exercised, organised my house, so there is less stuff, making it look untidy.
My friend/ neighbour asked me if I would hoover her artificial grass ,as she has a bad back, so I obliged, i have also done quite a bit of gardening in my own garden.
Hi
Today I have been weighed and had a strip wash
The shave was not very successful, hospital razor and blood thinners
Blackberry picking, thatâs about it .
Ouch SwimâŠ
Thanks guys, itâs nice to feel wantedâŠ
Laid around most of the day taking my meds like a good little boy.
Went to a garden centre to buy a plant, but was raining so much that we ran for cover and gave up.
I walked with Max and he was his usually mannered boy. . I had hoped the older grand kids would stroll with us but they didnât early enough. Later they and my wife went to Asda. Not my forteâŠ
Went to the Car Boot Sale, then went on to Lidlâs, then took a Video Cassette to a Man who works from Home to copy the Video on to a DVD, came home had two Ham rolls and a cup of tea, took my Insulin and tablets, then had a walk along the sea wall and sat on the bench to talk to a few locals.
So today Max and I did a different stroll. We walked down to the main avenue, took a right then left into a big park then back up to the Roman Rig. Went home and the kids were still in bed!
I went to the vets and wandered around town. Bought a couple of jumpers, a plant and some stationery. I also got a Vit D spray for the winterâŠbloominâ ÂŁ7!! Better last me a good few months at that price
Hi
Up early, everything a mess, but soon sorted by the staff.
Breakfast, then meds and then tried out new things with the young doctor who is back from holiday
Now very tired. Coffee arriving
Gone quietly cross-eyed stringing beads onto invisible thread - making a necklace for a friend!
I woke up at 7.30 this morning, unusually late for me.
It was a full on but very enjoyable shift at work yesterday afternoon/night which probably explains the lie in.
Weâve just been to our local Sainsburyâs for a few goodies. Neeps and tatties for dinner tomorrow!
I vaguely remember trying them in a Glasgow pub many moons ago although Iâve never had a bash at making them myself.
Iâm quite looking forward to it!
