I have been out on my own, not recommended, but legal.
Lidl, loads of bargains, but many empty shelves.
So happy to have that.
I am on a weird diet now, very low potassium content.
My garden is useless now, vast amounts of stuff I am not allowed to eat .
The food bank will be well supplied next week.
Who would have thought that Swiss Chard was so dangerous?
My granddaughter had total kidney failure for two years until she had a kidney transplant.
I remember we use to soak certain veg to lower the potassium level.
Also low salt and low liquid diet.
Stood outside in the garden and watched the Red Arrows go over my house, I am less than 10 mins walk to Alexandra Stadium where the Games are taking place

We to the Dr today to get results of the blood test. Highish cholesterol but blood pressure okay. Got to go back in a couple of months for more tests in the meantime l know what I have to do, statins may be on the cards
Early walk
fed cat - cleaned his teeth.
Cleaned his kitty box.
Showered - had breakfast
Went shopping with a friend - needed kitchen roll and small Warburtons bread - just right size for my sandwich toaster. Bought both.
Went to Hobbycraft - needed some jewellery making stuff. Bought that + 2 x Cross Stitch kits + a couple of Witches on broomsticks + 2x balls of twine - a red and a green - for Christmas stuff.
Lunch in Sainsburyâs + bought a pretty summery dress + gym clothes + knickers + cat treats + oregano plant + cream cake + craft magazine.
Came home - had a cup of tea and a rummage on Amazon - bought a new printer!

Thatâs this months housekeeping blown - wonder if that cat would like to eat baked beans instead of whiskas for a while!!
My son has a cat too. It stays in the house so it has a litter box also. Is yours an indoor cat? We had cats but we always let them out when the need arises. We had one we Scotland with him - 400 miles! We had to stop to let him out and he went into some trees. I thought he might have done a runner but he just back hopped in the car and off we went.
Depends what mood he is in! He is not really keen on being outside - says it ruffles his whiskers and dirties his paws. I would never let him out at night anyway - too many foxes about. During the day it is up to him. He seems to prefer being indoors messing about with my DVD player, Mobile 'phone, and the light switches!
Thanks you ST. You know we have this viscous monster of a dog. But the cats in our garden just tease him. One this afternoon gave him a kind of smug look and they settled nicely.
Max is a gentleman - he would not harm a cat.
This is not my photo nor something I did, but my daughter is camping up in the snowy mountains just below the snow line, she and her friends drive to the ski resort each day to snowboard. This was her photo this morning on FB - my comment? âBloody Madâ
Thatâs her swag in the background. She normally has it raised off the ground because of snakes but they are not a problem at this time of year.

Ecotank ET-1810? Thatâs the one I bought. Doddle to set up with an ethernet cable but a PITA to link to your computer via WiFi. Even my IT Fella struggled to begin with.
No, PV, mine is an Ecotank 2810 - not had time to set it up yet - maybe at the week-end.
