I’m not growing runner beans this year. I’m getting too old to keep up with them.

Gripping stuff! 
Watching new weeds growing behind me as I’m removing existing ones. Soul destroying? you betcha.
Walked the dogs as usual. Then the lovely lady (next door to Ozzie) gave us some tomato plants and some other others. She kindly borrowed her trolley so we used that to get the plants to our house.
And now we are expecting our family in the next hour for a family dinner. They live about an hour away from us. Make that about forty minutes if dad the manic driver is driving!

I’m now just starting a ziggy zaggy Migraine so it’s a farewell from me.
Nothing much, planted out some plants we got yesterday for £1-99 each, perennial wall flowers , geraniums and a couple of astillbes from a garden centre , oh and some bedding pansies half price in Homebase, other diy sheds are available.
took Ms d00d out for a coffee in the car cos she’s immobile, on crutches.
Not much done washing, watering etc but now going to finish hopefully my book and listen to the local BBC radio garden show. Much to breezy to be outside but living in hope I can soon sit in the garden reading and listening.
Migraine gone. Just about to consume my Sunday Roast.
Cycled to the newsagents for my Sunday newspaper and returned home. Since then I’ve read the paper, done part of the general knowledge crossword, and the sudoku puzzles, had lunch, caught up with my emails and now I here.
So we had the family dinner. My dear wife is an excellent cook and they all liked it. The grand girls are very pretty and are growing up fast! After dinner we had some games. Then we walked the dog with the older girl with Max. She is very good with him. Then we popped in to see the elderly at the end of the street. They had a nice chat. Back home with with with a lovely cake. Then they all went home.
Perspiring audibly at the moment.
Went to Wilko’s.
Then the local Garden Centre.
Did some computer work.
Potted on some new Salvia’s and my lovely Pinks.
Potted up a nice Fuchsia cutting I took some time back.
Fed and watered all my Roses, Tomato plants, and Runner Beans.
Cooked dinner, fed the dogs.
Done some ironing.
I am tired now, so won’t be long going to bed. 
Went to an Airshow on crazy fast Ebikes.
Just read of the death of a Welsh Rugby great Phil Bennett., he started possibly the greatest try ever seen.
Had a delivery of a 40" Android TV today. Was fed up with the old Sony in my bedroom because i couldn’t add all the streaming services to it with out going through an Android box.
The TV was half price on a cheap site (Kogan) so I snapped it up (FOMO) it arrived in two days.
The only problem was that the stand was too wide for the old table I had so I ordered a small coffee table from Ikea which is supposed to arrive tomorrow. At the moment the TV is balanced on a piece of wood.
The idea is that with winter setting in, on really cold days it is easier and quicker to heat my bedroom than the lounge with a fan heater.
Oh yes, I also ordered a new sofa from Ikea too, to replace the one my son gave me years ago (Pssst… want an old sofa with a chaise longue?)
I would love a Chaise Longue Bruce…I’ve been looking for one for a while to reupholster…its a bit far for delivery though 
Done the dreaded Wordle - but only just!
Breakfasted, watched an official picket on TV.
Don’t picket, it’ll never get better.
