Our gardener did that for us :lol.

 Hello and welcome Octogen.

Hiya
I like the sound of that, might Google it

Done and dusted EZ. They grow rapidly and last from April to October making a fabulous display.

Also good for honey bees and butterflies so a good all rounder.

This will give you a good idea of what they look like Ruthio.

Hello and welcome Octogen

Cut the edge of the lawn and did some watering.

Stuck some lawn miracle into the patches on the lawn again, it will be a miracle if it takes.

Did you do human watering (only if you are male) to keep the Foxes away?

Oooooo I’m off to buy some! Thanks for the tip off x :+1:

But of course they’re not this size when you buy them, so about the same size initially as bizzie lizzies?
How many would you need for a hanging basket for example…?

I was just joking Octogen. I have been growing Million Bells (Calibrachoa) every summer for quite a few years. Guaranteed to be a wonderful and long lasting display every year. Sometimes I will choose just one colour and sometimes multiple colours but always an absolute joy for several months.

I bought 3 last year in medium size pots to go in a 40 cm diameter pot and they spread very quickly and draped down the sides looking gorgeous after a few weeks.

I’ve chosen mixed colours this year and if I can get rid of the slugs and snails eating everything in sight I’ll be happy Just ordered some eco slug repellent granules from Robert Dyas .Pet and child friendly apparently. My chrysanthemum buds have been all but destroyed as have the french marigolds. :rage:

not alot

Started sowing the wallflower seeds in the toilet roll tubes, done 60 so far out of 300

The great thing about Buffalo grass or Couch is that is soon fills any bare patches that appear without human intervention.

It rained most of the day so I sowed some more wallflower seeds.
