What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 2)

Never thought of frying them, d00d, must give that a try!

We’ve just had an early lunch: bacon & egg

Supper … probably

never done it myself, but you can buy packets in this country nowadays. Big in the Arab countries too.

Luncheon was homemade soup and soda bread.

Dinner will be Lemon Sole, with mashed potato, carrots and buttered savoy cabbage, with rhubarb, apple and ginger crumble with ice cream for pudding.

Chicken curry and rice

Luncheon = Homemade Garlic soup and a cheese toastie.

Dinner = Linguine and king prawn alfredo

Luncheon = Going to a lovely Chinese Restaurant - so not sure.

Dinner = depends how much I ate for luncheon. :smiley_cat: :smiley_cat:

Beef Casserole and Vegs.

Luncheon = nothing!
Dinner = Roast beef, yorkshire puds, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, broccoli and carrots. Strawberries and cream for pudding.

Vegetable and nut loaf with cauliflower cheese and roast vegetables.
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce.

I can highly recommend ICELAND Atlantic Salmon Fillets with Chillie ,I did mine in the Microwave for 4 min, I had with new potatoes and Iceland Steam Fresh Veg .
Absolutly delicious…

Lunch - I’ve just had a piece of Salmon & Brocolli quiche and a latte.

Dinner - I will be having a homemade beef casserole with mashed spuds.

I knew there was a slice missing from the one I made yesterday - you little rascal!

Must have a word or three with those guard cats!!

Eliza, that looks good, are there any bones in the Rainbow Trout, that’s why I don’t buy it, I always thought they were full of bones, I like Sea Bass.

Todays its:

Chicken Breasts marinated in a mild Lemon & Chilli sauce, Roast potatoes, runner beans & Carrots.
