As I write, my Roast Pork Loin is happily roasting in the oven.
Served with roasted baby new potatoes, pork gravy, fresh picked corn-on the-cob, and home-made apple sauce.
Just had an apple at 3.45 am.
I am making today my own Tandoori Shish Kebab, in a Pitta Bread with hot chilli sauce and salad with homemade Oven Chips.
Boiled Egg Salad today.
Roast dinner today.
PIES!!! - popping down the hill to my local pie shop (Bangers photos) For a couple of pies for my lunch!!!
Lunch = Homemade Carrot/onion/tomato soup - with toast.
Dinner = Chicken, baked potato, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
Need to start using my crispy potato slices so will cook some with grated cheese on top, served with a chicken Kiev, and peas and carrot. To drink, some clementine juice and diet bitter lemon.
For dessert, half a Morrisons mandarin trifle.
This evening, when I get home from having my hair cut, it’ll be corned beef sandwich, and a warmed fruit pie with clotted cream.

Just had Ham Sandwich.
Today its:
Jewish Chicken Penicilian, Mash & Runnerbeans.
Hoping to get to Sainsbury’s today, get more chilled yorkies and hopefully some cauli cheese, then will do a beef roastie. Need to buy more loo paper (running out) so must get out sometime soon.

Going to have a chicken casserole, cos my freezer has packed in, so i will have to make as much use of the contents as i can.
I’m going to treat myself today by eating a big family-sized steak pie all to myself. It’s in the oven now and will be my only meal until my chicken wraps at work after midnight tonight.
I’ve had some good, hard work in the gym this past week so and in bodybuilding circles they call this a “Cheat day”, where you can afford one big blow out once a week in order to refuel and progress.
I’ll be back to my normal healthy diet from tonight though.
