What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Same as yesterday, probs. The second cod cake, crispy potato slices, and peas.

Today we had:

Chicken Kiev, a few new baby potatoes, and a side salad.

Roast Gammon, 1 roast potato, fine beans & carrots, gravy.

No idea as we have family visiting and we are heading out to eat

Trouble is where we are going its HUGE portions

I’m not too sure, as I really don’t feel hungry, so maybe just egg on toast.

Maryland spicy crab cakes, pesto noodles, sliced tomato fresh from the garden. Yummy!

Now I could be tempted with that Right Now, anything with Crab and I’m there, enjoy :slight_smile:

We’ve just devoured a leg of lamb, or most of it. Not summer food I hear you say, but at least we’re happy with the kitchen door and window open for a couple of hours in this weather.

Cabbage & corned beef!

We get “Maryland” chocolate chip cookies here in London, any relation? :wink:

Baked salmon with a dash of olive oil and lemon juice, brown rice and steamed broccoli…for desert yogurt ice cream, after the ‘I’m stuffed’ feeling goes away, lol…

I certainly hope not!!
Maryland is the best state for crab meat, or Maine. Maryland’s crab cakes are the best, filled with onion and green pepper, and spicy, too.:wink:

Today its:

Cod, Jacket Potato, spiced Marrow.

Lunch: cheese an tomato quiche with salad

Dinner: Fishcakes and salad

Soup, homemade pea and mint, and skinless roasted chicken thighs.

I cooked some squid and mussels and had them on a bed of lettuce, spring onions with a dressing of Tarta sauce, and very yummy it was.

Boiled Egg Salad today.

Have mince, have port, have all other ingredients, - a ‘special’ cottage pie beckons!!!

Chicken Curry and Rice today.

Lunch - home made sausage rolls with salad.

Dinner - chicken in a white wine and mushroom sauce, baked potato, roast carrots,onions,tomatoes.
