I find Marmite a little too salty for my taste and instead of Lea & Perrin I tend to use Curry powder, Cumin & Garam Masala.

It’s late supper…very late…like 1AM late. Have two duck legs breaded, and slow frying. Soon it will be duck and mayo sandwich time, with some chopped banana peppers diced in. Couple stuffed olives. Couple Medjool dates. Slice of Cafe Valley Dr. Pepper cake, and a big glass of cold milk. I’ll give it couple hours to settle, then bedtime.
I have just prepared a pork, sage and onion meatloaf, which I will serve this evening with steamed cabbage, carrots, cauliflower and a rich onion gravy.
