Everyone loved it.

Yes Mr. Ploppy, I quite like that.

Have to go and collect more medication from the pharmacy this morning, so will swing past the pie shop on my way home and get a couple of pies for my lunch.

Frittata is a good choice for using up ingredients or anything that you fancy.

Hi

Very little, the Polish Babuchas are arriving at Sabrina’s later today and I am having a meal there, and boy, can they cook.

A Morrisons chunky steak pie. Will par boil a cut up potato, then put the pieces in a roasting tin, along with some leeks, onion, and other small veg, and roast the lot.

Smoked Haddock, Boiled potatoes, cauliflower cheese & runnerbeans.

From the remains of the beef joint I cooked yesterday - will make a large cauldron of stew and dumplings.

Mushroom risotto with a bit of curled up brocolli fell to back of fridge I forgot about.

French onion soup tonight - not had that for ages!

Do you make your dumplings or buy them UJ?
What do you use as the stock out of interest?

I make my own dumplings from fresh ingredients - flour & suet and for stock I use Bisto (powder) and an Oxo cube.

Ah ok,

I’ve always used 2 x Oxo and a teaspoon of marmite for the stock. With a dash of Lea & Perrins.
