Bloody 'ell Malcolm, I was quite happy with me toasted sarnie. 
I love to cook … My wife enjoys everything I make and I enjoy making it, although I don’t always enjoy eating it half as much as she does.
I love a toasted sarnie too Mups and shall be having one for supper.
That’s a lot of Vegetables Malcolm, I normally do two sometime three, but yours is four.
We eat a lot of fruit and veg.
This morning for breakfast we had Weetabix with added banana, grapes, peach, strawberries, pear and blueberries.
We had a burger and chips not too bad apparently but not exactly cheap at Lego land, I had an egg mayo sandwich I took with me. Colas and ice creams for pud.
One member of the family also managed a large pack of crisps but we are not talking about that as the ride she went on afterward was rather spoiled by them 
Paracetamol, cough medicine, paracetamol … etc etc etc
Today its homemade Curry and pasta.
New recipe i’m trying today, Chicken and Red Lentils Curry.
Chinese chicken and veg stir fry today with fried rice and prawn crackers
Honey & lemon in hot water with the Paracetamol every 4 hours, and top it off last thing at night with a tot of Brandy or navy rum!!! - soon have you right as rain again Rachel darlin’!!!
I dont have anything planned will just have whatever takes my fancy today 
Gonna have to go and get my pies today - pie man is away on holiday for two weeks as of tomorrow :shock:
Not sure I can survive without my pies at the weekends!!!
Had a rummage in the freezer and found some fish fingers so a treat for the meat eaters who love them fish finger sandwiches, also got digestive biscuits and cream cheese so a vanilla cheese cake I think for pud
Going to have vegeburgers myself in a pitta.
Mmmmmm sounds good UJ … no lemon, Brandy or Rum

McDonalds cheeseburger happy meal and coffee for lunch.
A reduced price fishermans pie from Waitrose for tonight as there’s a lot of crunchy topping. Shall add cheese though. Will do carrots, peas and broccoli.
Had cheese & tomato sandwich down the park with me dogs lunchtime, and I shall have scampi & salad tonight I think.
Had a baked spud with tuna/mayo and tomato and cucumber…
Paracetamol, cough med, coffee, porridge with soya milk and honey, paracetamol, cough med, tuna and lettuce sarnie, frozen fruit, salt and vinegar flavoured rice cake.
Occasional squash, very diluted with with low calorie tonic or water.
For brekkie, my tortoise had peeled and chopped cucumber and two strawberries served on a large lettuce leaf.
Tortoise salad sarnie - hmmmm - well at least that’s novel!!!;-)
Have just had a couple of slices of rare roast beef with tomato and cucumber and a small cheese and pickle pork pie and salad cream …delicious…
Tea later will be baked salmon with garlic butter and new pots and sweetcorn and broccolli
We have just had Tin Red Salmon Salad for lunch.
