What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Way to go Aysa darlin’ - getting your appetite back with a vengeance!!!

Grrrrrrrr … she would not be tasty :frowning:

Porridge with soya milk and a blob of honey for my brekkie.
Ventured out and bought a lemon

Good!!! - now squeeze the juice into a cup, top up with boiling water, add 1 dessert spoon of honey to the cup - now drink as hot as your mouth will stand. Can also use to wash down the paracetamol tablets too.

Okeydokey … but … later

When you next go shopping - instead of lemons per se, add a bottle of JIF lemon juice and a jar of honey to your shopping - its cheaper that way and you’re less likely to run out of lemon juice or honey!!!

I did get more honey

Don’t like JIF lemon juice. I know it’s supposed to be ‘lemon juice’ but it never tastes right to me.

Guess I could cut and freeze some lemons.

As you will Rachel darlin’ - was just trying to save you some money with a cheaper alternative.

Homemade steak and potato pie and Heinz baked beans … Delish !

Not a lot so far have no water so cookings a bit difficult today, might send Nate out to get them some fish and chips if it first come back on soon.

Bought a cooked chicken at reduced price yesterday, and cut the meat today. Cooked some peas and onion rings, and bought some chips. That was Saturday supper.

Removed a piece of meat from my freezer earlier this morning - not sure what though as its covered in frost and ice. When it thaws will find out what to do with it.

No idea whats to eat today:shock:

I shall have my bacon & mush sarnie in a mo, then I will have roast beef later on.

Come on Aysa darlin’ - you did very well t’other day - so how about a nice steak & kidney pud and appropriate veg and gravy and washed down with a fruit crumble & custard???

UJ right now my appetite is zero to even think of food as appealing :(…by lunchtime it shouldve kicked in hopefully…your suggestion sounds yumm…but I think it will be something light for lunch.

No lunch today had a lovely breakfast will last us until tea time. Then will have a sandwich and piece of cake.

:shock::shock::shock:

Yep … much appreciated

For brunch today I had coffee and a sandwich.
Egg mayo, spring onion, tomato and lettuce. The bread (as usual) is Tesco’s Super Seeded … my favourite at present.

Meat that I defrosted this morning turned out to be lambs liver, so have made a liver, onions and bacon casserole.

Had Boiled Egg Salad today, but might have a burger this evening.
