What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Lunch will be a few crackers with pickle and cheese…tea later will be Pork and apple burgers with tomatoe/cucumber/beetroot and coleslaw :slight_smile:

Just taken out a Morrisons ready meal.

BBQ pork and egg fried rice. That’ll do.

another curry with eggplant -yes I can live on it.

Today we are having:

Fresh Salmon Steak, Runner Beans, Carrots and Large Stuffed Mushroom.

today I shall be having Baked beans on toast for lunch then egg and cress sandwiches and birthday cake for tea later…(eldest sons birthday today 32) :slight_smile:

Having a Fry-Up today.

Steak tonight and afterwards will be trying Gulab Jamun.

A meal out at lunchtime so possibly steak or something else equally delicious :slight_smile:

Might have to get round to heating and eating that tray of faggots currently sitting in my freezer.

Making a bacon potato and onion pie.

Having a cheese sandwich and packet of crisps myself.

Defrosting some pork steaks and I have a pot of Asda’s cider and apple (with mustard and cream) sauce to pour over. Shall cook only 1 though pack contains 2. Will do the other one tomorrow.

And will just boil some potato, carrot, peas and broccoli to go with.

I must be the odd one out as I had vegan cheese and veggies with soya mince:-p

Oh don’t worry Rainey, there are Vegans on this Forum.

My supper was nice so as I only used half the pot of sauce shall do the same meal tomorrow. A lot of washing up though (still waiting to be done!)

Nothing exciting today - Cornish Pasty, new pots, and beans.

Today we are having:

Chicken Breasts, homemade oven Chips and Mixed Peppers/Onions/Mushrooms.

Slow roasted Pork Shanks with boulangere potatoes and carrots, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower.
Rice-puddin’ made with fresh double cream, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Crackers with cherry tomato and shallot chutney and cheese for lunch…meal in the local pub this evening with a friend :slight_smile:
