We just had Chicken in breadcrumbs, boiled potatoes and salad.

One of their ‘specialities’ is Keralan dish - ‘Dosa’ that is one foot long!!!- Its delicious!!!
Tonight we’re having Steamed Salmon with minted new potatoes, a fennel & orange salad and roasted mediterranean vegetables. Followed by homemade Rhubarb Ice-cream and Grapefruit Sorbet (my daughter bought me an ice-cream maker for Christmas - it’s amazing!!).
Some salmon left from yesterday so salmon fish cakes with broccoli cauliflower and peas.
Not sure yet will see how the day pans out…I dont usually have set plans for what Im eating each day …take it as it comes

Having a frozen (well it’s in the fridge!) fish pie this evening, with extra veg.
I cooked a whole chicken today, so had Chicken, R. Potatoes, Parsnips, Carrots and Fine beans.
Tonight I am making a Bread and Butter Pudding.
Beef stew just gone in the oven. Will be ready in about 3 hours or so.
I nice long slow cook.
Had a meal out today - salmon with hollandaise sauce and a jacket spud with salad, very nice if not very hot! Too hungry to send it back!!
Cottage pie topped with cheese…cauliflower and gravy …mint vienetta for after 
I always add a cheese topping to cottage or fish pies, and some crumbled up cheese & onion crisps.
Tonight I just had some chicken goujons and hash browns with bbq sauce.
Roast Turkey and all the trimmings today.
Roast Chicken, R. Potatoes, Stuffing, Swede and Broccoli.
Lamb roast with carrots and spuds and gravy 
Sliced roast pork from Morrisons deli, and a whole load of trimmings for a roast dinner.
Roast potatoes, sweet potato, parsnip, and kohl rabi.
Peas and carrots.
Sausage, stuffing, and a mixture of the 2.
Yorkie and apple sauce.
Gravy.
I love this meal and cook it quite often.
