From the remains of the turkey I roasted on Sunday, yesterday I made a Turkey curry. I slightly overdid the spices, so I was somewhat warm yesterday lunchtime, but there was enough curry, so will finish that with some more rice or noodles today.
Sausages, broccoli and cauliflower with chips if anyone wants them.
I’ll pass on the sausages unless they are Quorn, Julie.
I’m having a cheese and onion roll.
I do pork for our meat eater and tesco veggie ones for us vegetarians. So you would be OK here cailinrua.

Today we are having an Indian Take-away.
Chicken Tikka (starter), some rice, dry vegetable curry, nann.
Making burgers today got some minced lamb for meat eater and a recipe for cheesy mushroom burgers for the rest of us.
Had to go for diabetic review (fasting) at GP surgery this morning, so when I came out of there, went to nearby cafe for an enormous breakfast - (eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, baked beans and toast with a large cup of coffee to wash it all down.
Not sure what to have for lunch yet, as it may be delayed till mid-afternoon.
