Probably a ham roll for lunch with some crisps and shall be having Fish and chips for dinner 
Having a Chinese tonight, have been too busy to cook today.
Had a free egg sandwich in the discharge lounge of Moorfields clinic (in local hospital).
Then tonight I will cook half of Sainsburys beef cobbler, and do a few veg with it. And have the other half maybe tomorrow evening.
Will probably add a yorkie or two (I have a pack of chilled).
Had an egg salad sandwich for lunch…tatties,mince,green beans for dinner.
Today its Cod in batter with homemade oven chips and beans.
Home made lentil/carrot soup for lunch…spag’ bol’ for dinner.
My Brother’s calling in a while, were having a roam round the shops in a small market town that’s nearby. And we alway’s call in at Wetherspoons for a meal with a free drink!
I usually get the Chicken Breast meal with chips and a Strongbow Cider

Stir fry with noodles for dinner and a glass of red.
Lunch was cheese and tomato on toast with just a touch of Branston pickle.
Time to go down road and visit pie shop.

I am going to make a chicken and porcini mushroom risotto for dinner.
I had 3 seasoned chicken drumsticks for lunch…for dinner it will be a vegetable stir fry
We have just had Lasagne, Jacket Potato and Garlic Bread.
Were having a Lidl’s Chicken Marsala they taste Stupendiously Yummy!!!
