Yesterday I had pie, mash and liquor (and a small pot of tea - £1). Then in the evening I had a fish and chips meal (Asda).

Baked pork chops, boulangere potatoes and carrot and swede mash.
Hand made (sadly not home made) steak and ale pie, leeks in white sauce with cheese topping, another veg, tbc.
For lunch im having a small cheese and pickle quiche with a glass of tap water.
For dinner later on I may have a salad (ham or cheese)
Beans on toast … yum

I think Jazzi meant the Pot of Tea was £1, the actual Pie & Mash was probably about £3.50.

I’ve defrosted some chicken, and now defrosting some veg stir fry. Since I’ve been able to buy some Blue Dragon cook in sauce LEMON flavour (yum yum yum!), shall have some with rice tonight.
No supermarkets have been stocking it but found some in the Chinese shop in Romford (inside the little shopping mall).

Its Fry-Up day today: consisting of: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, bakebeans, mushrooms, sausage, tin tomatoes, Husband has extra, fried-bread and bread and butter.
