What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Spare ribs, chicken drumsticks, baked potato and ratatouille

Had Tandoori mixed grill & pilau rice at the local Indian restaurant for lunch…so prob’ just a sandwich later for dinner.

We had fry up with an egg for lunch and out tonight so will have to wait and see.

I do find this thread interesting and getting lots of new ideas. Thanks everyone.

Today will be Salmon Steaks with boiled potatoes, fine beans.

Brisket braised in beer and root vegetables. Baked apple and vanilla ice cream.

I bought a large Beef joint two weeks ago and before freezing it I cut it into three decent joints. The first I had last weekend, the second I’m having today with roast tatties, parsnips and carrots.

Wholemeal spagh’ bol’ for lunch…egg salad for dinner.

Having friends over for dinner, so, homemade Mackerel pate with Rye bread for starters. Singapore style Prawn Laksa, then cherry Tiramisu for dessert.

Its Fry-Up day today without the Fried Bread UJ.

Homemade chilli for us with some homemade tortillas to soak up the sauce !

Hash browns, soda bread or potato bread instead Susie darlin’ ??? :-D:-D;-)

Corned beef salad for lunch…Cottage pie with mashed turnip ‘instead of pot’s’…grated cheddar on top.

Freezer suprise (casserole) and jacket potato for himself. omelette with spinch and grilled tomatoes for me (yes, it’s ‘2’ day again)

May, if you like the taste of celery, try celeriac mash for a change.:wink:

Aye,I do like celery Twink,thanks…I also sometimes mash cabbage/Pot’s/ turnip for a topping,whatever I have in the veg’ rack…waste not want not :wink:
