Off to the vampire clinic this morning, so may call into a local cafe nearby for a full breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, black pudding, baked beans & mushrooms) and then come home and cook some fish 'n chips for lunch.
Good luck at the Vampire Clinic UJ, hope your sugar levels are good.

Lamb chops, spinach, asparagus, sauté potatoes.
Thank you Susie darlin’ - but ‘vampire’ clinic is testing my INR for Warfarin, not sugar. As it happens my INR has gone down which means I now have to increase my daily dose of Warfarin and go back to the clinic next Friday.
Fish and chips for everyone else see what I fancy possibly couple of crackers.
Can’t really plan until I know what time the kitchen person is coming. Just saying between 10 and 3 isn’t much use. Why not say a.m. or p.m.?
just having prawns and seafood sauce with a sweet salad…tonight, going to have a chicken roast dinner…
why are you not eating fish and chips julie…
Turkey, mash and coleslaw
beetroot salad
I am a vegetarian so fish would not be on the menu but also not feeling too well so it would be a struggle yo eat chips today.
Just had spaghetti on toast (finishing up the small can I opened the other day), with a cup of tea.
Veg soup; banana & yogurt
There you go again Julie professing to be a vegetarian when only a few days ago when I pointed out you had been posting that you had eaten meat for dinner in this thread, you said you were NOT a vegetarian. Make your mind up !
I have never said I am not a vegetarian ! I have not eaten meat for over 30 years. No fish either.

Sorry Julie I must have been mistaken… I blame old age and the onset of dementia !
