Homemade burgers in homemade rolls, with baked beans (from a can ;-)).
No pud today as we had our yogurt for breakfast.
Smoked haddock with bread and butter, a small apple pie and custard for pud, today. I’ll be starving later so will have some fruit.
Just had a slice of toast with jam for breakfast. Out for afternoon tea at 2 o’clock so skipping lunch.
I just had a beetroot/cucumber/onion and ham diced up salad with a dash of salad cream,it was delicious…shall have eggs and bacon later on 
Breakfast at 12.11???:shock: Had had my breakfast and forgotten all about it and was by that time cooking my lunch Rachel darlin’.

Veg soup; banana & yogurt
I’ve been blown from one end of the Ave’ to the other in 70mph gales,and soaked to the skin…result…I’m half-way through a big bag of Mackies sea salt crisps so I guess THAT’S My lunch…diet scuppered…AGAIN :-(

Decisions, decisions, decisions again - 9from my freezer) do I have (Brains) Faggots or, Steak & Kidney pudding, pork chops, home-made cottage pie, toad-in-the-hole or just plain ordinary ‘bangers’ & mash, fish 'n chips, or chicken breast stir-fry???
Doing slow cooked ox tail for the meat eater, with broccoli and mashed potatoes rest of us are having vegetable pie.

Home made lentil soup for lunch…veg’ curry & brown rice for dinner.

Having an Indian take-away today, yippee no cooking.
