Today we had, Shepherds Pie, Large Jacket Potato & Bake Beans.
Glad to hear it - one of my all time favourites.
Its the anniversary of Rabbi Burns - therefore ‘Haggis, neeps & Tatties’ as my main meal today washed down with a ‘wee dram’, but instead of Whisky, I might have a tot of Grand Marnier.

Mince today, mashed potato and cauliflower.
Yogurt for pud
Veg soup; banana & rice pud

Lunch, i had carrot sticks, and a humous dip…and tonight, i ll have salmon in watercress sauce, with brocolli ,cauli and new pots…

Home made Spag Bol made with half a pack of Quorn I found in the back of the freezer. I’m trying to use up some of the bits which have been there too long so it makes for some interesting meals!!
We only have puds one day a week when the grandkids come. Its the only day they have puds too, but we’re allowed to spoil them aren’t we.
A good spicy hot chilli for today, maturing in the slow cooker at the moment.
We will have it with yellow rice (turmeric added to the cooking water) and some home made tortillas to dip in the sauce ! mmmmm
