UJ, its fry-up day for me today.
Making tuna pasta bake today, will have mushrooms on toast myself.
Beef casserole for us with boiled potatoes and sprouts.

Busy elsewhere Susie darlin’ - but I did manage to make myself a chicken Korma !!!
For my pub lunch today I had a 5oz steak, chips, peas and beer batter onion rings. Yum!
My neighbour had a rack of ribs and gave me a piece. Very nice too.
Probably toast for supper, to have my tablets with.
Have removed some more rabbbit from my freezer and its defrosting nicely. Later this morning will peel and chop accompanying veg and make a large pot of stew with some suet dumplings too!!!
Today we are having Chicken Kiev, R. Potatoes, Parsnips, Carrots & Swede.
Chicken nuggets (homemade) with mashed potatoes and broccoli for Grace, chicken breast for hubby and cheese and leek soup for me.
Roast gammon joint from Aldi with sauteed potatoes, cauli, sprouts, broccoli and carrots
Home made meat & potato pie, carrots, sprouts & gravy.

No supper for me tonight Joe, I’m too full, no more food for me until breakfast
