I now have a surfeit of Turkey.
Part of a Turkey joint left, another one cooked because I defrosted it and had to cook it AND I now have a 5.5 kg cooked Turkey.
How could I not buy it when it was reduced from £24.75 to £2.48 ?
Correct … no contest !
Nope the cats refuse to eat anything other than cat food
Chop it all into bite-sized chunks, place in freezer bag(s) and store in freezer, removing as much of it as you choose for each meal. That way, you’ll still be eating Xmas Turkey at Easter ;-)![]()
Turkey, like chicken can be versatile, you can make Turkey curry, or Turkey (chinese) sweet & Sour, Hoisin, Szechwan, Thai curry or even turkey & Ham pie.
