What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

I used to think that Aysa but he’s happy - we all die sometime and being happy before you go… perhaps he has the right attitude.

My ticker is fine, but I do need a new pair of lungs - the ones I have are badly scarred.

Yes I think you could be right Julie …theres something to be said for just being happy in the time you have  It just sounds like an awful lot of food being consumed by one person

But I enjoy cooking and I also enjoy my food darlin’ once I’ve prepared and cooked it.

 you should give your belly a break …if you’re not kidding me ?

My stomach is my temple - I worship it three times per day - EVERY day!!!

Gluten free pastry is the pits !!! I made chicken pie, awful pastry but we ate it, with oven fries and veg, followed by a Snickers bar.

Thought it might be a good idea to have fish fingers baked beans and oven chips…but the dog ate most of it for me. I couldnt stomach it.

Hmmm - jet propelled dog for a while!!!

LOL im keeping upwind of her for now!:lol::twisted:

Were having for tonights dinner… Liver, onions and mushrooms in gravy with cabbage, cauliflower, mashed potatoes and 3 small yorkshires each… yummy!

Have made Shepherds Pie for lunch today with vegetables.

Lamb chops for us with Potatoes Boulangeres and cauli, broccoli and carrots.
Followed by home-made chocolate muffins with chocolate fudge icing and chocolate sprinkles … I don’t usually eat cakes because of my diabetes but just occasionally I do and today is one of those days

having a sandwich probably for lunch today or a banana…

will be having some battered fish and a few chips later on.

Way to go Aysa darlin’ - we’ll have you back eating three course meals every day very soon now.

Beef hot-pot for us today with baked beans to accompany … one of my faves

Have a Pizza for lunch today, and have bought an (Iceland) Beef Wellington for my Sunday lunch. It says it serves between 4 - 6 people, since I live alone, I doubt it ;-)

I bought one the other day Joe, be sure to give us a review

I just had a couple of slices of ham with coleslaw for lunch.

Later shall be having half a yorkshire pudding filled with gravy and roast spuds

Just a toasted sarnie for lunch. Paella (Jamie Oliver recipe) for dinner.
