I used to think that Aysa but he’s happy - we all die sometime and being happy before you go… perhaps he has the right attitude.
My ticker is fine, but I do need a new pair of lungs - the ones I have are badly scarred.

It just sounds like an awful lot of food being consumed by one person
But I enjoy cooking and I also enjoy my food darlin’ once I’ve prepared and cooked it.

Gluten free pastry is the pits !!! :twisted: I made chicken pie, awful pastry but we ate it, with oven fries and veg, followed by a Snickers bar.
Thought it might be a good idea to have fish fingers baked beans and oven chips…but the dog ate most of it for me. I couldnt stomach it.

Were having for tonights dinner… Liver, onions and mushrooms in gravy with cabbage, cauliflower, mashed potatoes and 3 small yorkshires each… yummy!
Have made Shepherds Pie for lunch today with vegetables.
Lamb chops for us with Potatoes Boulangeres and cauli, broccoli and carrots.
Followed by home-made chocolate muffins with chocolate fudge icing and chocolate sprinkles … I don’t usually eat cakes because of my diabetes but just occasionally I do and today is one of those days 
having a sandwich probably for lunch today or a banana…
will be having some battered fish and a few chips later on.
Way to go Aysa darlin’ - we’ll have you back eating three course meals every day very soon now.

Have a Pizza for lunch today, and have bought an (Iceland) Beef Wellington for my Sunday lunch. It says it serves between 4 - 6 people, since I live alone, I doubt it ;-)
