Pasties with vegetables
Sandwich and a slice of fruit cake .
For Lunch/Dinner:shock: I’d starve!!!;-)![]()
Bread roll filled with corned beef and beetroot for lunch
Promise you wouldn’t after a couple of days you get used to eating less and IME by 4th or 5th week you would struggle to eat both the sandwich and the cake.
Lunch will be 5 duck spring rolls with hoisin sauce (pack of 10 bought on Sunday reduced down to £1.25: bargain), and supper will be cooked pasta put in a dish with a can of meat balls in bolog sauce, and packet made cheese sauce on top.
People have been telling me that for years Julie darlin’ - hasn’t worked I still need lots of food!!!

Yes Meg I am eating small things which I fancy as my appetite is very off right now…I find if I eat when I feel ready wether its lunchtime/teatime or not I can just about stomach it. 
Today we are having Pasta Bolognaise for lunch.
Still more Rabbit stew and dumplings, but am fairly close to the bottom of my cauldron now, so two platefuls today should see the last of it.
Might make some soup for lunch and then it’s Goulash for dinner today.
The remainder of the pasta and meatballs tonight. As it just needs warming up will be ideal as I need something quick before going to our allotment meeting.
Off to Wood Green so might choose beans on toast in the cafe for lunch.
Beef casserole (stew) in the slow cooker, and chicken breast pieces marinading in soy sauce, garlic and fish sauce in the fridge.
So…it will either be the casserole with boiled spuds and cauli and broccoli, or sweet and sour chicken with fried rice.

For lunch its 2 slices of whole toast with hummus cucumber and tomatoes.
This evening its jacket and cheese with veggies . A slice of fruit cake .
You wouldn’t starve honest you wouldn’t Joe. I do have a mighty bowl of porridge, Kitkats and fruit too:lol:
shall be trying a small baked potato with some coleslaw for my tea…for lunch probably just a banana and a biscuit
Darlin’ I had more for my tea than you had for your lunch and that was after I had TWO platefuls of rabbit stew and dumplings at lunchtime. I made myself a cheeseburger with 1/4 pounder burger slapped on top of three slices of cheese between two wholemeal slices. Following which I then had half-dozen biscuits.
Egg and chips today
with tinned peaches and tip top squirty cream which Grace loves to bits
