What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Went to Morrisons for one of their all day breakfasts.

Sausage, egg, bacon, hash, beans and two toasts.
And a pot of tea.

Luvverly jubbly.

Long wait though: must have been 35 minutes or more. Very busy.

Id like to have something that doesnt taste like trash…I had soup for lunch but it wasnt nice…so not sure what to have for tea.

I made a tasty stir fry dinner with chopped white cabbage, cooked chicken strips, onion, peppers, garlic and ginger tossed in balsamic vinegar, a splash of soy sauce and a dollop of mustard, was lovely!

I know it’s a late tea, but we had to go out for a few hours. So we’ve decided to have a Chinese… I have a Chicken Curry and Hubby he has a Special Fried Rice…

Have to go out later this morning - time to visit my local pie shop for my lunch.

Got a couple of lamb steaks for the meat eaters and having quorn steaks myself, with mushrooms and broccoli, might doa few chips if anyone fancies them too.

Defrosted a Turkey crown and sausage meat, placed in oven dish, made stuffing with sausage meat and stuffing mix, peeled and chopped potato, parsnip, carrot and an onion and placed them all in the oven dish with some beef dripping. They are all even now, cooking slowly. For ‘pudding’ I have a cherry lattice pastry and when that too is cooked, will make some custard to accompany it.

A bit early for Christmas UJ?

Today is roast pork with roast potatoes and parsnips home made apple sauce and a plum cake for afters…
All washed down with a glass of home made red wine…
