What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

We have just had Lambs Liver, Mash, Peas and onion gravy.

Oh I love lamb’s liver :-p. I’ve had a boiled egg. I’m off sick and not feeling great today, so nothing exciting for me to eat :frowning:

Thank you SJ :-). I’m feeling a bit better now and will make up for my missed meals tomorrow!

I have got the largest saucepan I can find out and am cooking our favourite East End dish of Sausage Stew, handed down from generations, yummy, can’t wait to eat it.

SJ you always make mouth watering meals :-p

Just had Roast Lamb, R. Potatoes, Baked Onions, Baby Carrots, Brussels and Mint Gravy.

We went out to the Indian Restaurant today for lunch.

I had Chicken Tikka, Egg Fried Rice, Dry veg. curry and garlic nan.

We just had a roast dinner, consisting of: Piri Chicken, R. Potatoes, R. Parsnips, Baked Onion, Carrots and French Beans.

Tomorrow we are having the Sausage Stew again, as I have some sausages left over.

I’ll pop round tomorrow evening if that’s OK Susie! We ate out earlier and tonight we are having M&S bubble and squeak cakes with peas, carrots, broccoli and cheesy mash - and best of all, I’m not cooking this either…

Crispy jacket potatoes with chives and cheese and a tomato and basil salad :-).

Tonight we had: Salmon fillet - jacket potato- carrots- peas- hollandaise sauce.
A nice quick & easy meal.

Rosemary, the Sausage Stew was lovely, you missed out there.

Today I am cooking a Chicken Curry and Singapore Noodles.

Today we are having Belly of Pork Strips marinated in Sweet Chilli Sauce and Homemade Chips & Beans.
