I made a pan of Lasagna for dinner…Also having garlic bread
We had Chicken Breast roast dinner with vegetables today.

We’re going to have Pizza and garden salad for dinner.
Cabbage soup - detoxing for a couple of days so eating very little other than fruit and veg.
Fried Eggs, oven cubed potatoes & bake beans.
Last year I spent Sunday mornings getting up when it was still dark and walking across a soggy field to feed and water the pigs. After making sure they were fed, watered and their pen cleaned out, I could go home for my breakfast.
Well, now it’s my turn. Roast Saddleback pork with spiced chard (from our garden), roast veges and potatoes for dinner today. You can’t beat the taste of outdoor reared rare breed pork.
OH Grumblewagon that sounds delicious. Bet the pork has a beautiful flavour. Just wish we could buy outdoor reared rare breed pork.
I’m quite green with envy.
Last night it was spag bol, am just about to cook myself some ‘strangled’ eggs and toasy, and tonight we have leg of lamb (bargain at Tesco on Thursday, young man had just reduced it to £5.99), with jersey royals, runner beans, mashed swede, and cauli. Yum!
Today we are having Salmon Salad with some new baby potatoes.
Ah well, I’m gonna have the same I had last Monday.
Had full roast (beef) with all the trimmings yesterday. With some of the remaining joint will make myself a beef stew this afternoon with suet dumplings!!!

Lasagne with a filling of layered spiced chicken mince and spinach.
mmm George that sounds nice, using spiced chicken mince instead of beef.
I often make my Lasagna with Pork Mince.
Today is Bangers, Mash and Peas with thick onion gravy.
Moussaka made with courgettes instead of aubergine. Made double the beef mix and saving half to make a spaghetti bol another day.
For dinner we’ll be having Skillet Ratatouille…
