That’s a nice piece of battered fish, chips and mushy peas, AB … but may I ask what that is in the foreground accompanying it?

That is a Steak Pudding Mags, Mmmm my favourite meal, Steak Pudding, Chips Fish and mushy peas covered with my wifes famous gravy.
Mmmm … lovely! That sounds like a very satisfying meal. 
Fish, chips and mushy peas…couldn’t manage a steak pudding as well like AB though…

Oh! dear I am in the bad books.
I made myself Liver and Onions and the smell made my wife feel nauseated again.:shock:
I did enjoy the meal though.
That looks good Bob and I’m sure your wife would have appreciated it if she were well.
You’ll have to prepare it again when your good lady is feeling 100% so that she can savour it with you.
Mags I only make meals when my wife can not.
Besides she makes Liver and Onions far better than I do. Her gravy is far superior
to mine.
My Dad loved liver and onions; used to fix it for him often. I hate liver myself. Except chicken livers, great sauteed, with mushrooms and wild rice.
DM my daughter does not like Liver but loves the smell of it cooking.
We had a cat that would walk upright on her back legs just for a small piece of liver.
Our vicar daughter is coming for over for the evening meal tonight. We are having sweet and sour chicken.
One of my favorite dinners: broiled crab cake, fresh spinach, curried potatoes, roll.
Sheherds Pie today. Can`t be bothered to make the apple crumble I was planning though as we had a disturbed night with the fireworks.
