What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Baked salmon, salad and jacket potato with strawberries and ice-cream after…

Bangers and Mash for my lunch - a frozen meal that I just have to heat up in the microwave:)

Ive just eaten my lunch - a bag of crisps, and a banana - not good is it.

Ham salad wholemeal sarnies followed by a yoghurt for lunch here…:slight_smile:

Diner tonight: linguine with pesto, salad, roll

We usually have sandwiches for lunch and our main meal in the evening about 6ish tonight it is fish I think, in fact looking at the time, I had better do more than think about it!

Just had salmon, brown rice and salad followed by some grapes, almonds and walnuts and then a yoghurt. Really delicious but then spoilt the healthy eating by devouring half a bag of liquorice allsorts (who put those in the cupbmoard???:blush: Luckily I have always been slim but better walk an extra half a mile tomorrow just to make sure.
Anyone got an aero bar, really could polish one off right now.

Tonight: my “not quite minestrone” soup, salad, roll.

Its Friday and that means chippy tea :smiley: Lightly battered fish, chips and mushy peas…do enjoy my Friday tea:-D

Nothing special this evening. Just some noodles with some prawns, and a spoonful of Thai red curry paste stirred in. Yummy. :smiley:

My main meal of the day is usually at lunchtime. :wink:

Today-Roast leg of pork with home grown carrots,cavalo nero and potato/celeriac mash.

One day my wife might be able to eat again-in the mean time I keep my hand in

Cheeky! Might have a cadbury’s flake tonight - 3 for 80p in garage. It’s a good job I’m slim otherwise I would be very fat - if you see what I mean:-D

Watercress salad, cold chicken, brown rice followed by black grapes, some almonds, walnuts and brazil nuts, ending with strawberry yoghurt with fresh strawberries thrown in.
Now - where’s the chocolate?:wink:

Monday is No Cook day: liverwurst on rye with mustard sandwich, fresh spinach and crisps. Bit of mousse cake for dessert.
