We had Bangers, Mash and Beans for dinner tonight.
Having Roast Chicken breasts and vegs. today.
Have the remains of the Turkey Crown left over from last weekend, so having defrosted it again, I’ll have that with some roast vegetables and make some gravy. I also have a rhubarb and Apple crumble, so I can put that in the oven too and make some custard for it as a ‘pudding’.
Fish not sure what it is but it’s white is all it says on the package, will do it with a baked potato and peas for meat eater.

Made a seed cake with reduced sugar and butter yesterday so a tiny slice of that for pudding. Interestingly put half the quantity of fat and 1/4 of the quantity of sugar and it still made a decent bit of cake. So makes me wonder what else I can produce with less sugar and fat ??
Roast pork with yummy crackling, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pud and veg today.

Today we are not having dinner as we are going out to a Chines Restaurant as it’s my Husband’s birthday today, but lunchtime we are just going to have a Cheese and Onion Omerlette.
Lunch today was a ham and mustard sandwich and for supper I ate a breaded chicken thing with supermarket bought cole slaw cos I was too tired to make my own.
Rachel I think I will be doing the same tonight. Just too tired to do anything.
Lack of sleep last night so hope I have a better night tonight.
Have been trying to unpack all day and do washing after trip to Sydney, minding daughters dog because she has a work conference in Sydney today and tomorrow and we had thunder and lightening all morning and she goes demented. Just what I needed today.
Just had a look MKJ’s popcorn. MKJ how could you put ketchup on popcorn??? The mind boggles with what other toppings you will come up with.
Have sausages, have pkt of Sausage & onion casserole mis, have onions, have mushrooms and lots of fresh veg - casserole around 13.00 today.
We have just had Cheese and Onion Omelette and cubed potatoes.
