Took Steak & Kidney out of freezer last night - am making a steal & Kidney casserole using the slow cooker dish in the oven - there should be enough for both today and tomorrow, providing I can resist the temptation (
) not to pile my plate too high.
No i live in Western Australia and I hate Salmon,I was having a go at Uncle Joe who in another thread questioned the IQ of the Tasmanian population,he’s from Brighton so I just made a little post to poke fun,lol.
A Tasmanian Devil is a marsupial,very voicifourus too,heres a picture of one.

Having a naughty treat today baked beans ! and vegetarian sausages, meat eater is having pork sausages with his.
Also bought some of those frozen roast potatoes to try so may put a couple of them in the oven for him too.
Well UJ never turned up for my pork and cider casserole, so I’ve divvied it up into two portions, one for tonight (rice & peas), and the other for tomorrow with potato & veg.
Cooked some apple and with ready pastry made a few pies. Dinner tonight should be yummmmmm!!
Lunch was one sausage, a fried egg and 3 hash browns recooked that I bought hot Monday while out. I’d taken a sandwich but when looking for a fruit juice couldn’t resist the hot hashes and a hot sausage roll.

Today it will be an easy lunch as I will be out doing my cleaning jobs, so it’s Fish Fingers, Mash and Beans.
Jan darlin’ - I got as far as London Victoria station, but you didn’t give me directions as to where you were from there. 
Fridge isn’t working so have to be careful what I cook today, got a chicken thigh out for meat eater and some frozen veg. And will have some frozen veg with a fried egg I think. That way nothing to put in the fridge afterwards for later.
