Sorry Jim I can’t stand Beef, can you make it Chicken and Chips please. Susie xx

My God, how did you do that Val, beautiful exotic colours there.

I can take no credit susie. I just collect pretty gifs and share them where suitable. The ice creams I had were as good as those looked though

WHAT!? Beef is the best meat on earth - fact

I’ve just finished one steak - one more to go

Ouch, me poor eyes!

I’ve just had scrambled egg on toast for tea. Didn’t feel like much.

I was thinking about making a chicken pie for tea but can barely stand up.

NO, I’M NOT DRUNK!! It’s the heat

As its Friday and before the sun gets to shine down on the roof of my kitchen and heat it up unmercifully, I’ll take a piece of battered fish from the freezer put it on a tray, spread some oven chips on the tray beside it and slam the whole lot in the oven for the next 30 minutes.

Shopping has been done so a treat today, Portobello mushroom burger all garlicky and scrumptious.

Meat eater is Juicing again today I believe.

Mmm, that bacon sandwich was just the ticket, and the cider is washing it down nicely (I still have another 5 in the fridge, and I don’t think they’ll last long!)

Before I get too tipsy I’d better go ahead with my plan of making a chicken pie, or at least the pastry - the rest can be done when it is ready to go in the oven.

I think I’ll make a pavlova for desert.

There is an advert on tv for Cidre not cider and the look of the liquid gold always makes me fancy a drink of cider. I don’t usually bother but that ad works.

We believe you. Thousands wouldn’t http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/yes/winking-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon.gif

I’m having a brekkie for tea. Bacon, mushrooms, roasted mini tomatoes, a slice of fried bread, and a fried negg!

Lunch is hanging around here, cannot get the smell of smoked mackerel to go away !

I had a mushroom and cheese omelette.

We went to friends for a BQ, just got home, it was lovely.

Today we had Chicken Casserole.

This morning my tooth broke and the filling dropped out as I was eating my cereals, so making an appointment tomorrow at the Dentist, I am scared of Dentist as well.

Juice for meat eater and egg with salad for me tonight.

Not tempted by anything today and I really need tempting cos I’m hungry.

I have peered into my fridge and peaked into my cupboards but don’t fancy anything. I am not normally fussy and like most fooo … foo foo egg fu yung That’s it I will make a chinese  http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/eating/chinese-food.gif

susie you have all my sympathy apropos the broken tooth. I have been trying to register with a NHS dentist for about ten years, almost impossible to find here in S.Wales. One of my wisdom teeth has been gradually disintergrating all this time, but fortunately it has not been causing any discomfort. That was until about six weeks ago when it began to ‘twitch’ a little. Few heavy duty painkillers and ample applications of Orajel (a sort of adult bonjella) though and it settled down.

Well it did until two weeks ago when out of the blue it suddenly erupted in dreadful pain, right up into head, and no amount of aforementioned remedies did other than dull it. Time for more research into dentists in area. Boy was I lucky, okay so the one on my doorstep was not accepting patients, but one in town was.

And she is a delight! Young Spanish girl, with beautiful radiant smile and wonderful ‘chair side’ manner. Five days of penicillin later and a tiny filling in a second tooth and all is well once more.

I am lucky in that’s have always had good dentists.

Hi Daisymay, we have plenty of Dentist around here, i’m just scare, the last time I went to the Dentist was 20 years ago, I only go if I have a problem. Can you come and hold my hand for me!!! Susie xx
