Very first recording with my new Camcorder

Because my back is playing up so, being stuck indoors, I took some indoor photos to add to the show and tell.

This is my camcorder case from Amazon - cheap and, frankly, not much protection as it was intended for small electronic components but it is small which I like…

Everything I am likely to need fits easily inside, mainly for when I am travelling:

The base holds the camcorder, on the left of which is the USB charger and the generic battery charger with its mains power supply. On the right is the original supplied Panasonic battery, and the larger 3950mAh battery:

Meanwhile the top has selection of cables, from the left 2 USB micro cables for connecting the camera to a computer plus the new USB charger cable. On the right is the homemade shoulder/neck strap.

The bottom row is the 12v power cord for the battery charger, a spare 128Gb memory card, an artificial finger for the touch screen (a freebee from a company show bag) and a wrist strap (unlikely to be used but I have it so might as well carry it).

BTW The two straps screw into the tripod mount

Well, that’s enough excitement for this morning, I need a lie down.

I use a Tamrac System 6 camera bag . This has been with me for every cruise and holiday, it is ok for flight cabin regs as it is the right size. I don’t know if it is still availble or not
found one used and well worth getting and it is in Australia judging by the advert
