No it doesn’t. And that’s the point. To in ANY way impede a pregnant woman from terminating her pregnancy is the most awful crime to that woman.

Roe vs Wade now overturned by the Supreme Court and each state is now responsible for its own abortion laws.

Each state is responsible for its own gun laws, NYC and California (for example) didn’t allow hand guns (without. valid reason, meaning they were pretty much banned) until yesterday when the Supreme Court overturned it.
@Bread , So the supreme court believe in the right to life on the one hand??
And the right to kill on the other ??

I think its ridiculous that abortions can happen so late in pregnancy a woman knows if she is pregnant surely by 12 weeks … that should be the cut off date in my opinion unless of course there are extenuating circumstances as Muddy has set out some examples of…
Surely if someone is raped just as they would take an AIDS test wouldn’t they also take the morning after pill?
Abortion on request is an absolute right for a woman. IMO there should be no upper date limit.
