US moves to ban abortion

I’ve already proved it about 4 or 5 times now, I’ve given your the references.

I’ve also asked you to prove me wrong but you can’t.

Says it all.

Nowhere have I claimed that the Groningen Protocol applies in the US. In my opinion it certainly should be but that’s beside the point.

No, me neither. :slightly_smiling_face:

I didn’t say that you did but what you did say was totally irrelevant to the topic which is - “US moves to ban abortion”

A contradiction in terms a baby can’t be aborted if it’s already born ,

Which is why I used the word euthanised in the case of a neonatal.

A baby whose defects are not compatible with life usually dies shorty after birth . I have never heard of a baby being euthanised.

Two points. Groningen is employed in a slowly increasing number of European nations.

Secondly right up to the mid 60’s mutants were either “exposed” in a bowl or provided with warm water rather than being nurtured. I know this for absolute certainty because my much older cousin was a midwife and when this was done she would come to our house very upset before going home. At the time it was not explained to me why and I didn’t ask.

I was quoting Bread, so contradictions are to be expected. :slightly_smiling_face:

Your wasting your time Harry.

Did you know some states allow abortions up to 26 weeks as well ?

I bet you didn’t .

It always permissible in certain circumstances ie where the mothers life is in danger .
Meanwhile this is a 20 week foetus already a living being .
At 24 weeks a child can survive a premature birth .

26 weeks in some states.

Clearly you missed my last post I will repeat .

Abortions at such a late are only permissible if there is an absence of fetal viability, or the abortion is necessary to protect the patient’s life or health.

No, I didn’t know that, and I still don’t, as a matter of fact. In order to regard it as something I know, I would require it to come from a substantially more reliable source than you, I’m afraid.

Did you know that in Barnsley, it is permissible under the law to shoot your parents after the age of 85 if they become a burden to you? I betcha didn’t.

As the US a makes a reactionary step Spain moves forward

the basic question still remains unanswered “when is an abortion a legal murder?”

It has to be illegal in order to be murder. :face_with_monocle:

oh I thought murder just meant killing another human entity?

The answer is NEVER.
