There was never a possibility that any president would halt the $200+billion industry that is shale oil. Especially as 40% of US oil is exported and traded in US dollars. It is too big and valuable a golden egg laying goose.
The Keystone XL Pipeline was a proposed extension of the Keystone Pipeline System that would have transported tar sands oil from Canada’s boreal forest to refineries on the Gulf Coast of Texas. In January 2021, the U.S. authorization was revoked, and the company terminated the project in June 2021.
I guess if i look only one thing at a time, I wouldn’t see the whole picture.

You can come, shoot and eat as many feral cats as you like, they are an invasive pest and kill a billion native mammals each year.
Eat as many as you like, it should be encouraged.
There is a man on Kangaroo Island who does that Bruce - Barry Green - not sure if he eats them but he makes hats, stubby holders etc out of the pelts.
If you are going to cull feral animals anyway then no issue with eating them or using the fur.
. No different to any other wildlife people hunt and eat.
I’ve heard of him and used his picture in a cat skin hat in the past.
