Update on Pixie

I do wish you well Pixie, take it easy.
It does take six weeks for the zipper to heal up.
I think you will be amazed how quickly you will recover.
All the very best.

Good news that Ann is home with her husband. Wish her a quick recovery. Thanks for the update Mollie

Good news for Pixie. She will be able to enjoy Christmas a bit more without being stapled together. I hope she continues to recover quickly

She will recover quickly now, I’m sure of that. It’s a shame though because normally she’s never still, so it’ll be hard for her to slow down, but needs must.

She’s also considering doing volunteer work at the hospital once she’s recovered and, being a very cheerful and sunny type of person, she’ll do the patients good.

Ann’s had all her staples out now and she said they were quite painful, but they’re out now.

She still has a lot of pain in her ribs and shoulders and that it’s hard to sleep in one position so she can’t get comfy.

Am so sorry ive no idea how the heck I missed this thread :frowning: Glad you’re on the mend Pixie… have a lovely Christmas xxx

Good thing the staples are out, the healing starts now.

I hope Pixie will start getting stronger every day now…

Good to hear she is home in time for the holiday and with plenty of after care…she’ll be feeling so much better by the New year.

Good to hear Ann’s on the mend. Won’t be to long till she is back to her old self. Best wishes for Christmas Ann.

Yes, now the healing process starts. I’ve said to her that the bruising will soon start to clear and with each day she’ll hopefully have less pain.

If you read this Ann, we all understand that your healing process will be slow, so take good care and wishing you and yours a :-

thanks for the update mollie

I am sorry to be behind in checking on how Ann is getting on, and i am really pleased to read how well she is getting on.

Now she is home she will heal faster with her loved ones around her and being in her home is the best place.

Pleased to see Ann is doing well-will be more comfortable now staples are out…thanks for update Mollie…

Oh dear Pixie, well that’s the ‘three bad lucks’ out of the way then, so that’s something. Glad to hear you are trying to do a few things but remember to rest, rest please and take good care of yourself.
