Ouch sorry about that.

I only climb trees that don’t have bears in them, Danny, and that’s why I get away with it.

Of course if anyone wants to see me a bear in the woods you only have to ask.:smiley::smiley:

Mary had a little lamb,
she also had a bear,
I’ve often seen her little lamb
I’ve never seen her bear.

Here,if you want to stay old,it’s best avoid some trees. Some Gum trees drop branches and are called ā€œwidowmakersā€ for a good reason.

It’s the same for muffin the mule :astonished::grin:

Climbing trees, yay!

Also paddling, swimming in the sea, walking on walls, granny dancing :man_dancing: at social events and riding a small kick scooter all around the town :kick_scooter::kick_scooter: :kick_scooter:……….

When Husband got one of his model aeroplanes stuck firmly in a unshakeable very tall tree…He went home got a ladder and climbed up it reach out as far as with a long thin piece of wood to knock it down…I was standing waiting to catch it…
no tears but the state of his bare arms were bloody…pride hurt as well…
We have a tall wide trunk tree that was here many many moons ago…Along comes some electric cables to enable neighbours to have electricity right above the tree…Now twice yearly we have to butcher it…literally…poor tree…it is now just touching the cables as I type…

And bike riding. Cycling is very popular among all age groups these days, and I see lots of older people riding bikes. So I am not unusual as a more mature bike rider, but none of the other old codgers ride their bikes as recklessly as I do. :biking_man: :096: :skull_and_crossbones:

be careful there are old bike riders and bold bike riders but no old bold riders ……

The older ones they have the electric bikes and unless you look hard they look very similar to normal peddle bikes…even have a basket and bell…ding ding they go… :biking_man: :bell: :basket:

If you saw me on my bike you would think you were looking at a teenager, Muddy, if you couldn’t see my head.

I prefer to play on the swings in a park, or on the slide, but it has to be a slide big enough for me to slide down on. :grinning:
I do hug trees, but can’t find one with low enough branches to climb it.

Not me, Dianne. Raw leg power for me. I do have a bell though, which came with the bike, and makes a feeble little tinging noise. No basket though. :018:

You need a siren.

And a basket. Baskets are lovely on a bike.
