Just retired? No, far from it, I wish that was the case as I would be 16 years younger! 16 years ago I semi-retired and then fully retired six years ago. My work was permanent night shifts for well over two decades then other ‘silly hours’ after I semi-retired. Lack of sleep all that time is why I need and like my sleep, that’s what my body tells me anyway.

By the way…I’ve had to give up running after 41 years 3 months and 4 days…
