Very loverly …
“Strictly” proper starts this evening at 9.00pm on BBC1.
Have you got your seat booked and nibbles at the ready?
I expect Brucie will be taking a longer afternoon nap in preparation!
That’s the way Pats…

Looking forward to it. Two Corries and then Strictly. Good evening for me.
Enjoyed that. Still got visions of Artem’s chest!! :-D:-D
Mark Benson was a surprise. Didn’t think he’d be as good as that. :surprised:
Looking forward to tomorrow evening.
A good standard of first dancers, weakest being Tony Jacklin which was to be expected.
It was great! Just as it always is in every series…Does that make me gay??
Great start to the Strictly series and some very promising dancers in tonight’s session. I thought Natalie Gumede and Artem were especially good.
Well… what can I say about Artem! I always thought he was quite reserved too…
Seeing as we all like Artem, we’ll have to put our names in a hat to see who could win a dance with him.
Wow - some good dancing - and Artem
…Artem!
I claimed him first. :-p.
Thats not right ! ‘I’ was first …:-p
Mark with his Tango - was smashing …
The girl from Corrie - Natalie, spotted her in the opening 3 weeks back, with Artem, she stands a good chance …
I didn’t think I’d like him ( have no idea who he is), I thought he was going to be one of the buffoons but I grinned all the way through their routine and was very surprised! He is one I shall be looking forward to watching

When Len was fawning over Tony Jacklin’s poor performance and marking him nearly as high as the first dance, Len said ‘you are what SCD is all about - starting at the bottom and working your way up’ (or something like that). If that’s the case, why do they have people on there who have trained as dancers? It puts them at an unfair advantage surely.
All in all though, I loved it - a real feel-good programme
Is natalie a trained dancer …
The thing I’m not keen on - especially the first week - is the rotten comments given by Craig, ridic - on the first week …
And - Darcey, still gets up my bustle ! :-p
I think she said that she trained as a dancer before acting but an injury prevented her from continuing with dance as a profession.

It gets to me too. I understand he’s the panto villain but then someone who didn’t do well and he’s all over them like a rash and scores them higher
I like Darcy - at least she’s a trained dancer. I saw her once when she appeared in the Vicar of Dibley and it changed my mind about classical dancers - she didn’t mind Dawn French taking a rise out of her
Love her ballet moves gal - not her ‘Strictly’ ones …:-p
I don’t think I’ve seen her dance ballroom or Latin - or if I did, it couldn’t have been that memorable
