donuts…thought I need to do some baking…


now after about 45 mins dough setting finished…extract dough and cut in half…shape some into rounds and the rest cover with oiled clingfilm…rest for about 30 minutes…All that is…
.
whether they get cooked this evening…probably too late really.

Yes now have several Fillings to choose from…Strawberry Raspberry those two on the top of the List…Cherry or Apricot Jams…

Also they do not cook in the Deep Chip Fryer for some reason…Found out that and ended up using a saucepan with enough oil to cover them…worked a treat…

Yes this is a Delonghi quite new and packed away…and really a waste of space…Owned two previous models and they were really good for all my needs…
