I like your bike, butā€¦pedals? Where are they? I meanā€¦a bike with an engine and no pedals is a motorbike Spittyā€¦I kind of hoped you would realise that by now? :017: :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I know and I donā€™t want it impounded

Yes, sorryā€¦I should have read your post betterā€¦I didnā€™t realise about the legal aspect :astonished:

This is a US geezer, 12000 watts 64 mph, but, QSmotors are the industry leaders and when coupled to a 200 amp Sabvoton controller = 75-80 mph, that is enough (on a Bike).

Is this your inspiration? Motorvation Motivation?

Yes, watched a lot of the progression of these, time to Butt out when it gets too silly.

But that 72volt beast has pedals Spitty

Ermā€¦ do we like hub motors Spitty

Yep, the 12kw motor the yank is using has provision for fitting a bicycle freewheel, this 12kw QS does not from what I can see.

So, how are you going to solve that!

They are far superior for road work, as the geezer in the video said, on the tracks mid mount (Sur ron) etc are far superior.

Make it legal and register it, donā€™t have to insure it, but, at least it canā€™t be seized, just be done for no insurance.

They are Tax exempt.

It all sounds terribly complexā€¦give me a pushbike any day I think.

Donā€™t forget your protective gear!

Breathing hard stops the adrenaline hitting itā€™s target, did pushbike at the start then motorbike, then pushbike again, then embraced the leccy. I wonder if any of the old gang have got into leccy, I bet not (assuming they are still here) :bike:

That is my Achilles Heel.
