Pad Thai is a stir-fried noodle dish—usually made with rice noodles, egg, shrimp, bean sprouts, garlic, and crushed peanuts. Sweet, salty, tangy, and a little spicy!
Hahaha, If we were neighbors, I wouldn’t hesitate to cook this dish and share it with everyone, no questions asked!
One of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten. We were on holiday in Keswick in the Lake District and we found this splendid little Thai restaurant where you had to book it was so popular. We ended up going twice in the week we were there. Probably go there every night next time we visit…

I had intended to take it off, jump up and down on it, then put it back on the car. However my daughter has picked up a perfect one for $100, so replacement it is.
Today is a beautiful day, but if I had a choice, I’d rather live in the countryside than in a big city like this.

@spitfire The damage to my car wasn’t just at the back ,so I had to pay five times more than he did. That was too much for my very small wallet
I remember our sons saying that they helped out planting a rice field during one of their stays there.
