I’m almost afraid to say it but, yes, the wheelchair is back in use having been repaired yesterday morning. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
Glad to hear Lark is responding well. As you say, enjoy every day with her.
Having a tooth out tomorrow morning - not looking forward to that.
Back from dentist, not as bad as last time and a kind friend chauffeured me there and back! Going to take it easy for the rest of the day…

Overcast and looks wintry out there. My daughter is on a canal boat somewhere in N Wales so hope the weather is kind to them

Had all the washing out this morning and was enjoying the sunshine when we had the father and mother of a thunderstorm. Since then we must have had inches of rain. what a day. Let’s hope it’s better tomorrow.
The Craft Club have been here all evening (eleven of us) and a good giggle was had by all. Just finished the washing up and am watching Holby, then it will be a quick dog walk and bed.
Mouth is amazingly well considering, just a bit sore - on the outside!
Really hot and humid here. Had to pop to Mumbles and I was a sweaty mess when I got back .

Had a busy week,thank goodness it’s Friday.Staying put today catching up with the dreaded housework.
Really warm here and I’ve had to have balcony window shut because I’ve had a man in looking for a leak in my bathroom and he had the front door open and the door slams if window is open . He tried to renew sealant around shower but couldnt do it so will be back on Mon’ I’m now all sweaty and cant shower until later xx

Good evening everybody nice sunny day here and I managed to get some plants in pots in the back garden.
Went into bonfire mode yesterday. Very therapeutic. All the cutting down, that has taken place, now cleared. Saved having to spend hours chopping and bagging for the garden waste collection. Heating on for a short period last night. What a difference. Thursday 27c here, yesterday 15c.

Daughter has got back from her barge holiday and they loved it and were lucky with lovely weather

Sorry I’ve been AWOL over the weekend, very busy couple of days. The All-Wales Ploughing and Hedging Match was held in our area on Saturday and I hand out numbers in the morning and write out prize cards in the late afternoon, so was totally knackered on Saturday evening. We were lucky with the weather and all went off well, so that was good. Went to Church on Sunday morning and was planning on putting my feet up, but youngest son phoned and suggested a trip to Llanafon Show where Rhian was show-jumping. So off we went. (Knackered again last night!) but a very enjoyable weekend.
Caught up with housework and some cooking today and just waiting for “Cold Feet” to start. Anyone else watching this?
