It’s really Autumnal out this morning.
Had a busy day yesterday,granddaughter and the children were here for most of the day-there certainly is a time to have children,I was worn out!

Just about to go and put on a cardigan, front room is considerably colder then the back of the house!
Everything back on and working so I’m having a lazy ,no visitors day today after all the activity lol
Very wet and quite cold so glad to be in Good news re my Ggrandson Tyler. He has had a bad couple of years, not willing to go to school etc.Not his fault really , he has had a lot to put up with . Anyway he is 16 now and he has enrolled in an Army College and he likes it tg.He has to wear a uniform and do sports etc as well an a few academic bits so fingers crossed

Doing all I need to do this morning as I want to watch the film “Footsteps in the fog” this afternoon(recorded it yesterday)an old film with Jean Simmonds and Steward Grainger.

Horrible day here so got a load of writing (prize cards for the Ploughing Match) done this morning and have dawdled about doing nothing all afternoon. Nearly dozed off watching TV after tea, so perhaps an early night after Strictly.

Twins are 12 this weekend but they have a busy social life now so doubt I’ll see them.
Just cleared away the dishes after son no1 came for lunch.
Planted some heathers out this morning and planted some crocus in pots,before the rain came.
Visitors for lunch today. Vanessa came from Devon and Chris took refuge from sheep sorting at Grosvaen. Good job it was a big chicken!
Glad to sit down here for a few minutes. Pulled out the cooker this morning - glad noone else saw the back of it and the floor underneath! Then the engineers arrived to adjust the heating system on Rob’s bath. Good job there’s plenty of leftovers for lunch…

I had an expedition to Brecon to the bank (for the Church), then a call at Morrisons, then picked up laundry at the hospital, then called on Rob’s old friend with a message for his wife. Glad I did, he was very down (had a stroke over 18 months ago and has made a wonderful recovery, but is probably doing too much - I told him to slow down!). Came home, set up my new phone - why are phone companies so stingy with their flex? Only just managed to make it reach! New computer has arrived, but that will have to wait for tomorrow, I’m off to a bowls meeting shortly. Phew!!

Rain first thing but now the sun is shinning.
My garden arch collapsed yesterday so I’ve been out cutting down the clematis and untangling the lights that was round it.
Have been looking on line for a replacement.
Nice sunshine here as well. I’ve cleaned the window and washing out so chill time for me now
Granddaughter and children left about 1/2 hour ago-“Mamgu’s knackered”! Baby’s now 7lbs 5ozs.Today was his due date.

My vertigo is really bad today so I’d better just keep sitting, dont want to end up on the floor again.
