Hope you feel a bit brighter today Rox … nausea and dizziness make you feel damn awful and scared to do anything …at all.
I nipped off for my blood test this morning, fingers crossed … otherwise I haven’t done too much. Cleared out the back of the wardrobe, threw away some old suspenders and old dried up paint.
Evening, Still not feeling great but had a video call with the Cardio Unit today, they’ve changed my dose of certain meds to see if that helps. I’ve to call my GP next week and get them to check me for vertigo and something else I’ve forgotten the name of, but she’s emailed my GP so he’ll know what the Unit want done. Another video appointment in 2 weeks.
Just wondering if I’ll manage the pool tomorrow or if I should leave it till Monday.
Yes there’s 3 tubs, 2 hot and one pool temperature, along with 2 steam rooms and 2 saunas. I only use the pool temperature one just now as I’m not allowed to go in the hot ones untill after the op and recovery is complete. Something to do with the heat and my heart spiking. I only ever use the steam rooms in Winter if I have a cold, they have eucalyptus in with the steam and it fairs clears your head. I hate the saunas they make feel I’m going to pass out so I avoid them, though Dunc likes them and sits in there a lot.
I’ve never fancied saunas … for the same reason. Hot tubs though sound real relaxing . It must be awful waiting for your op. Half of you dreading it, the other half can’t wait to get it over so you can get back to the things you like doing and you can relax.
Morning, Well no pool I’m only just up didn’t sleep well at all last night. No plans for the day just take it as it comes. Nausea seems to be less so hoping it’s on the way out.
Plan to have a quiet Weekend, hoping I can get back to normality by Monday.
Morning. Rox glad to hear that the nausea isn’t as bad as it was. Never tried a sauna but did try a hot tub on a family holiday. Not sure what to get up to, maybe a bit of gardening or a trip to the shops.
