Over 50's Club Scotland

Morning, Just home from the pool via The Front and drinking my latte there. The ocean had a good bit of movement in it today the waves are getting back to normal, and a couple of early surfers over at the Reef. Very cloudy but no rain so will get out and do some weeding while the ground is still soft from the rain.

Morning. Rox we used to get some really bad winds in Largs, and the sea would come up over the pavements. Not sure what to get up to today, maybe catch the bus to Largs and buy some fish and chips.

Nardini by any chance?

In the absence of stunning scenery and wild coastlines I sauntered down to the local mere today and fed the ducks.

Now i’m slobbing and pigging out with my kindle and some jaffa cakes.

Morning, Heading off to the pool in a few minutes just waiting on the kettle to boil for my latte flask. Very cloudy here and a wee bit windy, but at least it’s dry. Stable duties for me later.
We have a pond full of ducks too Morty, Dageus and I always fed them in the winter months. I have a great pic of Dageus surrounded by them, they had no fear of him, knew he was a big softie. It’s on the big computer in a file some place, I’ll have a look for it when I get back.

Morning. Last Tango I like sitting outside to eat fish and chips. Morty I have to walk to the park to see the ducks. Rox enjoy the pool. Went into town yesterday. Hairdressers later then over to Braehead for some shopping.

Can’t find the pic I was looking for  But Dageus was always sent to sit at the end of our bench while I did breakfast for the feathered clan  I didn’t mind him with the ducks and the young swans but I didn’t trust daddy swan not to have a peck at Dageus , he was quite a moody begger. So better safe than sorry, Dageus had to be still when he was there.

I have to walk the park if I’m feeding the ducks, and yes thanks Jess I had a good hour at the pool. Enjoying a late breakfast now. We sometimes have a Fish Supper at Dinner Time, there’s a great Chippie in the village so one of us pops over there in the car, only a 5 minute drive.

Great photo Rox. The swans in Largs for reason always had their cygnets attacked and killed, only a few survived. Glad you enjoyed your swim. Had my hair done then some food shopping.

Morning, Back to rain again today but didn’t have any plans in place, might take a mooch round the garden centre later then have a latte in the Ocean Cafe.
Enjoy your Sunday.

Morning. Been raining here as well, sun is now trying to come out. Been changing my bed and ironing. Want to get out later and dig out a few more dandelions, that are growing wild out there.

Morning, Weather can’t make up it’s mind today, we’ve had rain, sun, and it’s windy. Heading back to the garden centre shortly I saw a shrub when I was there the other day but I needed to check I had room for it, maybe shift some stuff around.
Been catching up with the house work since I got home from the pool.

Don’t forget to allow for growth in that glorious Highland weather Rox.

HAH, I’d be better buying it a brolly the way the weather is these days.

Evening… Out early this morning for a massage, which I needed in my shoulders. Had a look round the shops then some lunch before getting the bus home. Going out to do a bit more weeding in the gardeb.

Morning, Not having a good day, the nausea and dizziness are back full force.

That’s not so good Rox. I get that sometimes when my blood pressure is too low.

Hope you feel better soon Rox

Good morning. Rox hope your feeling better this morning. Weather not looking very nice here today. Some housework and then maybe food shopping. Maybe a bit of weeding later.
